Okay so if you are going to become a professional dog walker in the wilds of North Yorkshire I guess you will have to practice the art of finding good quality shelter from the rain. That I did today with great success! And what a lovely spot it was to stop and take a bit of shelter from the huge downpour that decided to start almost at the end of the lovely walk from High Sittenham to Bulmer.
Why it couldn’t wait for 10 more minutes is beyond me, just 10 more measly minutes and me and my Staffordhire Bull Terrier customer would have been home and dry – literally! Well I guess it was a given that this would happen so I’m glad it was sooner rather than later as I now know what happens when you are inappropriately dressed for the British weather on a Yorkshire dog walk – you get wet! Got to love british summers!
